WBC challenger Johnson promises to beat Klitschko

Unbeaten heavyweight title contender Kevin Johnson has promised his daughter he'll beat Vitali Klitschko and become world champion.
Johnson made the prediction Friday at a news conference in Bern, Switzerland. He'll fight Klitschko for the Ukrainian's WBC belt on Dec. 12 in the Swiss capital.
Johnson, a single father from Atlanta, said he promised his 10-year-old daughter Fatimah he'll come home with the title.
Klitschko said Johnson would be world champion one day — but not yet. It will be the third title defense of the year for the 38-year-old Klitschko.
